These Terms of Service govern your use of the Relive app. By downloading, accessing, or using Relive, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The app
Relive is a personal memory timeline for creating, organizing, searching, and revisiting Moments that may contain text, photos, videos, audio, tags, and optional location information. Relive is intended for personal use and is provided as the features currently made available by the app.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your device, your account with any third-party service you connect, the content you add, and complying with applicable law. Do not use Relive to violate another person’s rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the app, bypass purchase or feature controls, or attempt unauthorized access to a device or third-party service.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Relive Pro currently offers a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, and a lifetime purchase. These options provide access to the single relive_pro entitlement. Available products, prices, introductory offers, taxes, and eligibility are shown by the relevant store and may vary by country or platform.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period. The lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and does not renew.
Purchases, billing, cancellation, and refunds are processed under the terms and controls of the relevant app store or platform, where applicable. Relive does not control store billing decisions. RevenueCat provides the purchase and entitlement infrastructure used by Relive.
4. Relive Pro access
Relive Pro access is determined by the relive_pro entitlement. If a purchase cannot be verified, a store or RevenueCat service is unavailable, or an entitlement expires, access to Pro-only features may be unavailable. Existing Moments and timelines are not intended to be removed solely because a subscription expires, but feature availability may change as described in the app.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the text, media, and other material you add to Relive. You grant Relive only the permissions reasonably needed to store, display, process, back up, restore, and otherwise operate the features you choose to use. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you add, including content involving other people.
6. Availability and changes
Relive may be unavailable because of maintenance, device limitations, operating-system changes, connectivity, third-party service outages, or other circumstances. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including Pro features, and may update the app. We do not promise that every feature will remain available forever or that backups will always succeed.
7. Intellectual property
Relive, including its software, branding, design, and content supplied by Relive, is owned by Relive or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app, subject to these Terms. They do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relive is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Relive will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that every Moment or backup can be recovered. Keep independent copies of memories you cannot replace.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relive and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Relive. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for Relive Pro during the applicable period, or the minimum amount required by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using Relive at any time and may delete the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if continued operation is not reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law—will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
